Castle is pleased to announce the handover of the Enabling Works at Bishopstoke Care Village. The scheme consisted of the erection of new bat accommodation, the relocation of the bats, installation of over 1km of reptile fencing and the relocation of the reptiles into new receptor areas.
Demolition contractor DSM then completed the demolition of the existing buildings on site including the removal of asbestos.
Castle acted as Cost Managers and Employers Agent.
Castle CCL have been appointed as Cost Managers and Employers Agents for the new Care Village at Yateley for English Care Villages Partnerships. The project consists of the new build of a Village Core Building and Assisted Living Units in blocks around the site along with extensive landscaping. Phase One of the project is due to start on site in 2013 with completion in 2014. The completed scheme is to be operated by Anchor 2020 Ltd.
