Castle are delighted to have been appointed on the internal and external refurbishment of a prestigious Georgian family residence in the heart of Edgbaston, Birmingham. Acting as Quantity Surveyor and Contract administrator to delivery a high quality refurbishment in one of Birmingham’s most prestigious locations.
The scheme comprises of external render repairs, complete re roof and damp repairs, internal structural modifications and high end internal refurbishment throughout.
Ledian Farm Access Road starts on Site
We are pleased to announce the commencement of the Ledian Farm Phase 1 Retirement Village which has kicked off with the construction of the new access to the site, this being followed by the commencement of the construction of the new access road together with associated drainage and duct work. Once completed this will give access for the main phase one development works to start on site.
