Castle are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to act as Cost Consultants for a new Student Residential Scheme in Nottingham for Fusion Residential.

The scheme comprises the demolition of existing offices adjacent to King Edward Street in Nottingham and the new build of a Student Residential accommodation block.

The new build student residential scheme is to provide an exciting Social Space 552nr rooms consisting of 150nr Studios, 102nr Social Studios, 160nr Ensuite Cluster Rooms, 106nr bed twodios, 34nr one bed units.

John Webb, Director of Castle confirmed that he is delighted to have been appointed by Fusion Residential as this represents the third project Castle have acted as Cost Managers on Fusion schemes and builds on the excellent working relationship.

We are delighted to announce that the Anchor Residential Care Home in Newmarket has started works on site.

The scheme comprises the construction of a new 69 apartment residential care home, comprising 18 nr one bed and 51 nr two bed with communal facilities plus associated external works.

The communal facilities include for a main kitchen/ servery, café/ lounge, staff rooms and general circulation.

Castle Construction Consultants are appointed as Cost Consultants.
