Phase One at Bishopstoke Park has been handed over to Anchor. The development comprises the refurbishment of the existing Mount Building and the new build development including a Village Core building, Assisted Living Units across the site and extensive sympathetic landscaping.

Castle Construction Consultants have been appointed by CZero to act as Project Manager and Cost Manager for the development of the new Student Residential Accommodation and the refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed Building at Bartholomew Row in Birmingham. The Development will seek to bring the historic fabric of the complex of Grade 2 Listed buildings in the centre of Birmingham back to life along with adding a 15-storey residential tower alongside the listed building.
