Castle have been appointed to undertake Project Management, Cost Management and Contract Administration roles for a new Residential scheme in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. The project consists of 58nr new build houses in phase 1 ranging from 1 bed terrace houses to 5 bed detached houses for 4 Real Construction Ltd.

Castle have been appointed to act as Cost Manager on the new Extra Care Home for Anchor 2020 in York.
The scheme will deliver 54nr one and two bed Care Apartments with communal facilities comprising of restaurant, cafe, lounge and general support facilities. The scheme also includes the demolition of the existing home and refurbishment and modernisation of the existing Ashbank House into a further 4nr apartments.

Castle have been appointed by one of their key commercial clients to provide QS services on one of their personal residential projects at the old Vicarage, Shustoke.
Castle are providing post contract QS services and contract administration on a high end luxury refurbishment and extension of a period property.
The project involves full soft strip and refurbishment including internal reconfiguration to convert this period property into a modern luxury family residence. We are also undertaking a substantial extension to produce an orangery which will accommodate the family living, dining and kitchen space and a new independent 3 car garage and garden room will be built within the extensive grounds.
