Phase One at Bishopstoke Park has been handed over to Anchor. The development comprises the refurbishment of the existing Mount Building and the new build development including a Village Core building, Assisted Living Units across the site and extensive sympathetic landscaping.

Castle is pleased to announce the handover of the Enabling Works at Bishopstoke Care Village. The scheme consisted of the erection of new bat accommodation, the relocation of the bats, installation of over 1km of reptile fencing and the relocation of the reptiles into new receptor areas.
Demolition contractor DSM then completed the demolition of the existing buildings on site including the removal of asbestos.
