Castle appointed to provide Cost Management Services on Little Mount Farm Care Village

Castle continue to build on their existing relationship with Inspired Villages Group and are delighted to confirm our appointment as Cost Consultant for the Cost Planning stage on the Little Mount Farm Village near Tunbridge Wells.

The scheme at Little Mount Farm near Tunbridge Wells consists of a main Village Core building which will provide a number of amenities including a spa, swimming pool, restaurant, shop, hair and beauty salon and library along with Village apartments and Penthouses. Additionally there are 90nr Assisted Living Units. The Village Core building also includes for undercroft car parking.

John Webb stated that he was thrilled with this latest appointment and that this further demonstrated a continued strong working relationship with Inspired Villages Group.
