Castle are delighted to announce their appointment to act as Cost Consultant for Anchor on their new Care Home in Newmarket.
The scheme comprises the construction of a new 69 apartment residential care home, comprising 18 nr one bed and 51 nr two bed with communal facilities plus associated external works.
The communal facilities include for a main kitchen/ servery, café/ lounge, staff rooms and general circulation.
John has said that “he was delighted to continue his relationship with Anchor and was pleased that Castle were a key part of Anchor’s continued development programme”
