Castle Construction Consultants have been appointed by 4Real Construction Ltd to act as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultants on their residential development in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire.
The Scheme forms Phase one of a potential two Phase development. Phase One comprises of the construction of 58 new houses. The mix of units includes for one bed bungalows in terraces, two bed terrace housing all the way up to five bed detached houses, along with the associated external works, drainage and landscaping. A number of the plots are identified as affordable housing.
The project provides a much needed addition to the quality housing stock within Chatteris and will no doubt be a great addition to the area.
