Castle Construction Consultants are acting as cost managers for Inspired Villages Group on the development of a new “Continuing Care Community” at Chandlers Ford in Hampshire
The first phase of the new “Continuing Care Community” at Chandlers Ford comprises the new build development including a Village Core building, Assisted Living Units across the site and extensive sympathetic landscaping. The Village Core includes a restaurant, café, wellness suite, cinema room, meeting rooms, craft room together with Village Centre Apartments. The Village Core building forms the central development building set in landscaped grounds with further assisted living units set in the grounds. The site has proved to be very challenging with significant changes in levels with a large number of retaining walls.
