Castle Construction Consultants have been appointed by KeyLand Capital to undertake the Employers Agent and Cost Consultant roles on the Trinity Point Project.
The project consists of the strip out and refurbishment of the 2nd and 3rd floors to CAT A / CAT B standards across the East and West wings, refurbishment of the main and secondary reception areas and includes repairs to the existing windows, roofing works and lift replacement.
When completed the scheme will provide over 15,500ft2 of high-quality office space in the West Midlands.
