Castle have been appointed by Key Land Capital and Urban Village to provide Project Management, Employers Agents and Cost Management services on the refurbishment and conversion of a former Listed Art School into 12 luxury apartments in the heart of Sutton Coldfield.
The works involved a full strip out of the existing building, tanking and damp proofing to the basement and installation of a mezzanine floor to create the 12 apartments. Each of the 12 apartments are unique in size and style to create a very individual apartment and living experience for the residents.
