Castle Construction Consultants were appointed by Bampton Property Group to act as Employers Agent and Cost Manager on their new retail development in Bangor for Aldi.
The development comprises the new build development of an Aldi food store to shell and core with a gross internal areas of 18,500ft².
The site was previously occupied by buildings which were demolished as part of the overall site clearance under an enabling works contract. The scheme also involved highway works to improve the access into the site.
