Castle Construction Consultants are acting as cost managers for Inspired Villages on the development of a new “Continuing Care Community” at Broadbridge Heath in West Sussex
The first phase of the new “Continuing Care Community” at Broadbridge Heath comprises the new build development including a Village Core building, three Village Apartment Blocks and cottages providing 47 units across the site along with extensive sympathetic landscaping. The Village Core includes a restaurant, café, wellness suite, meeting rooms, craft room together with Village Centre Apartments. The Village Core building forms the central development building set in landscaped grounds with further assisted living units set in the grounds.
The Scheme will also operate at Nett Zero by using ASHPs; no gas boilers or CHP; MVHR: PVs, Waste Water Heat Recovery plus enhance building envelope performance
