Castle Construction Consultants were appointed by Daejan Commercial Properties to act as Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager on the refurbishment of an existing office block into apartment in the heart of Clapham.
The development comprises of the alterations and refurbishment of the existing including enhancements to the external envelope all to provide 35nr one and two bed apartments. The works included associated communal areas and corridors. Allowances for external works, drainage, landscaping and connection to existing service connections.
Throughout the works the retail units on the ground floor remained open to the public.
