Castle Construction Consultants have been appointed as Cost Consultants on the Warwickshire Property and Development Group scheme in Southam, Warwickshire.
The development will deliver approx 45,000 sq.ft of industrial space over 9 units. with an anticipated start on site in 2022.
The scheme will deliver new jobs, new business, and economic growth within the Warwickshire region.
