Castle Construction Consultants are acting as cost managers for Inspired Villages Group on the Phase Two development of a new “Continuing Care Community” at Ledian Farm in Kent.
Phase 2 will provide a further 51no. Assisted Living Apartments, consisting of Baytree Cottage, Block 1, Blocks 4 – 11 and Ancillary Buildings, including sympathetic hard and soft landscaping.
The Scheme will also operate at Nett Zero by using a 100% Decentralised GHSP; no gas boilers or CHP; MVHR: PVs, Waste Water Heat Recovery plus enhance building envelope performance
