Castle Construction Consultants were appointed to act as cost managers for Inspired Villages on the Phase Three development of a new “Continuing Care Community” at Warwick Gates.
The Phase Three project consisted of the construction of 61 number Village Apartments being constructed in various blocks positioned around the existing Village Centre building and two further building blocks constructed as part of a previous phase of the overall scheme. The works also include associated external works, drainage, landscaping and services connections.
