Castle Construction Consultants are acting as cost managers for Inspired Villages on the development of a new “Continuing Care Community” in Tunbridge Wells
The first phase of the new “Continuing Care Community” at Tunbridge Wells will comprise the new build development including a Village Core building, Village Apartment Blocks and cottages across the site along with extensive sympathetic landscaping including the incorporation of an existing lake. The Village Core includes a restaurant, café, wellness suite, meeting rooms, craft room together with Village Centre Apartments. The Village Core building forms the central development building set in landscaped grounds with further village apartments set in the grounds.
The Scheme will also operate at Nett Zero by using ASHPs; no gas boilers or CHP; MVHR: PVs, Waste Water Heat Recovery plus enhance building envelope performance
