Castle Construction Consultants are acting as Consultant for English Care Villages Partnership to act as pre-contract cost managers and post-contract employer’s agent on the second phase of the new “Continuing Care Community” at Hampshire Lakes near Yateley in Hampshire.
The Phase Two development comprises the new build development of 45 Assisted Living Units comprising two and three storey buildings, adjacent to the Phase 1 development. The Assisted Living units are grouped around landscaped grounds linked by a pedestrian network.
