Castle Construction Consultants are appointed by Fusion Residential to deliver Cost Management Services for their new Student Residential scheme in Portsmouth.
The scheme comprises the demolition of existing retail shops on Arundel Street in Portsmouth and the new build of a student accommodation block.
The Tower consists on a five storey element, nineteen storey element and a final twenty six storey element.
The new build student residential scheme is to provide an exciting Social Space 591nr rooms consisting of 237nr Cluster Rooms, 40nr twodios, 170nr social studies rooms, 93nr studios and 11nr one bed units.
