Castle Construction Consultants are acting as Consultant for English Care Villages Partnership to act as pre-contract cost managers and post-contract employer’s agent on the development of a new “Continuing Care Community” at Bishopstoke Park near Eastleigh in Hampshire.
The development comprises the refurbishment of the existing Mount Building and the new build development including a Village Core building, Assisted Living Units across the site and extensive sympathetic landscaping.
The Village Core includes a restaurant, café, library, meeting rooms, craft room together with care bedrooms, close care units and linked assisted living units. The Village Core building forms the central development building set in landscaped grounds with further assisted living units set in the grounds of the parkland.
