Castle Construction Consultants are acting as Consultant for English Care Villages Partnership to act as pre-contract cost managers and post-contract employer’s agent on the second phase of the new “Continuing Care Community” at Bishopstoke Park near Eastleigh in Hampshire.
The Phase Two development comprises the demolition of an existing ALC, the refurbishment of the existing Coach House and Lodges and the new build development of 71 number Assisted Living Units across the site with high quality hard and soft landscaping.
