Castle have been appointed to act as Contract Administrators and Cost Managers for the Leisure and Retail development in Fieldon Bridge.
The scheme consists of a new 7 screen Cinema, restaurants, and mixed use retail
The site has previously been used for a number of purposes so the current scheme includes clearing the site and designing the buildings and external works to suit the challenging ground conditions.
The scheme also includes constructing S278 works to the adjacent transport networks and developing out the scheme.
