Castle continue to build on their existing relationship with Inspired Villages Group and can confirm our appointment as Cost Consultant for the Cost Planning stage on the Wellcross Farm Care Village in West Sussex.
The scheme at Wellcross Farm in Horsham consists of a main Village Core building which provides a number of amenities including a spa, swimming pool, restaurant, shop, hair and beauty salon and library along with Village apartments and Penthouses. Additionally there are 98nr Assisted Living Units across 3 phases and 20nr Assisted Living Units proposed to the Paddock Site. The project also includes for the upgrade to the river bank and installation of new footbridge across of the River Arun which runs through East the site.
