Castle can today announce that they have been appointed to act as Cost Consultant to provide Cost Planning services for a new Care Village at the Chandlers Ford site in Ampfield for Inspired Villages Group.
The Scheme comprises of a Village Core building with a range of facilities including spa, swimming pool, restaurant, shop, hair and beauty salon and library along with Village apartments and Penthouses. The remainder of the project will be split across four phases and includes for 161nr Assisted Living Units all set a in high quality landscaping design.
John Webb advised that his was pleased with the ever increasing relationship that was growing between Castle and Inspired Villages Group and hoped this can continue to grow ever stronger into the future.
